About the role:
This is a temporary position from August to March 31. As a Product Specialist at SEB, you will be part of the intranet development team consisting of Product owner, UX designer and developers, working to create an excellent employee experience within our internal digital channels.
[NL1]Your focus will be on improving and developing the intranet search experience, ensuring employees can easily find relevant information. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and a cross-functional development team to define change areas, drive improvements, and enhance the usability of our intranet.

You will:
- Work in a cross-functional development team to drive intranet search development by defining change areas, working with requirements, and verifying results.
- Work with Jira to manage and track development tasks
- Drive general development and maintenance activities on the intranet.
- Lead and develop a Digital Signage transformation project.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in verification, search optimization, user testing and development.
- Project management experience.
- Solid experience working with CMS (Optimizely/Episerver is a strong plus).
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a strong plus)
- Experience using Jira for managing development projects.
- Academic degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English.
- Preferably experience working with agile methodologies.
